Citybration Career Fair

There is a common misperception that there are “no jobs” in Buffalo. This is simply not true. In fact, many Western New York firms report they have difficulty locating the skilled individuals they need to complete their workforce. The fifth annual Buffalo Citybration Career Fair is designed to connect talented individuals who wish to live and work in Buffalo with career level positions. Citybration attracts both local and out of state talent by proactively reaching out to those who wish to participate in Buffalo’s growth and development.  

The Citybration Career Fair has become known among area firms as the event which offers the highest quality candidates. Many firms come back year after year because they have found that individuals with ties to the region who wish to live in the area are more likely to stay on board and grow with the company.  

Those who have attended past events have been impressed with the types of positions available and the caliber of participating firms. We insist that only area companies actively seeking to fill positions participate and offer access to value-added resources that help job seekers navigate the WNY employment scene efficiently.
